Returns, Refunds, Broken Replacements Policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective, damaged, or simply if you've changed your mind! We give you 30 days from the delivery date to send it back to us for a full refund. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please note: if your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it before receiving a refund.

To initiate a return, refund, or a lost/broken claim, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page with your order confirmation number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Broken Replacements
Life happens, we get it. If your new sunglasses get broken, we’d like to help! Please get in touch on our Contact Us page with your order confirmation number, letting us know what happened. We’ll replace your sunglasses with the same item as your original purchase [if available]. If the replacement item you’re wanting is out of stock or discontinued, we will replace your sunglasses with an item of equal or lesser cost. We’re happy to offer this policy for each pair of sunglasses purchased for 1 year from date of original purchase, limited to 1 replacement within that timeframe.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and have processed your refund. The refund will be put back on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
