I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. While most orders ship out within 24 hours of the order being placed, please allow up to 3 business days before initial shipment. Once we ship your order, a tracking number will be provided via email. If for some reason you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at info@saturdazeoptics.com with your order confirmation number so that we can further assist. 


I'm not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective, damaged, or simply if you've changed your mind! We give you 30 days from the delivery date to send it back to us for a full refund. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@saturdazeoptics.com.
Please note: if your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please contact us at info@saturdazeoptics.com so that we can further assist.

Do you offer prescription sunglasses?
No, not at this time but it's something we're considering for the future.
